Located on Zhonghua 5th Road in Qianzhen District, Kaohsiung City, the store was developed beginning in June 2005 and officially opened in September 2006. The brand's predecessor was Carrefour Taiwan, initially established as a joint venture between Uni-President Group and the French retailer Carrefour. In 2023, Uni-President Group acquired Carrefour's remaining shares in Carrefour Taiwan. On July 1, 2026, Carrefour Taiwan's hypermarket brand was officially rebranded as Prosperity Plaza.

Located on Wenhua Road in Fengshan District, Kaohsiung City, behind Fengshan Station, the property benefits from a well-developed commercial environment and convenient living amenities. It was leased to RT-Mart in August 2010. PX Mart Group acquired RT-Mart Taiwan in 2022. On August 1, 2025, RT-Mart Taiwan was officially integrated into PX Mart Group and rebranded as MEGA PX MART.
